I recently went to Sketch for my birthday splurge while I was in London and fell in love with this pink heaven! One of the many reasons I wanted to go to Sketch London was because David Shrigley had transformed the Gallery. She had her wedding and honeymoon in Iceland and dreams of going back. After the tea selection is done the first course will arrive which was technically egg and soldiers but oh my, I had never had an egg cooked in this way before, it was almost like a mousse, and the ‘soldiers’ are cheese sticks!
