This will forever be our pancake recipe. I doubled the recipe and substituted 1/2 cup of the AP flour with WW flour (so 3 to 1 ratio). My family loved these pancakes. I’m an amateur in the kitchen but these were sooo easy to make & tasted so so good!! It was a bit hard to flip them, but overall easy, quick, and delicious! Fluffy flapjacks every time. I loved this recipe, but it was supper thick batter. They're accented with delicious almond flavor and have a wonderfully soft texture. He also enjoys your blog and looks forward to sampling/trying the new recipes you come up with. Perhaps you added baking soda instead of powder?

I found a little substituting worked great. These were so delicious!! You may have used the wrong measuring tool if you could even NOTICE the salt! I liked it but did not want to use ‘Boxed mix’. :( But the flavor of the pancakes were amazing and will so use this recipe agin. Just made your pancakes for breakfast and they were wonderful!
