It is an inexpensive and very aggressive white planeswalker that can fit a variety of decks in commander. When you have all the shrines, you basically win the game, so the value of Sanctum of All is practically unbeatable. With all the enchantments here, I think we can fit some traditional Enchantress cards in here. Those cards just have too much demand as it is. Of course, some other protective measures could be useful too. A little meme EDH deck isn't going to make them suddenly spike in value. With that in mind, as a general rule of thumb I recommend playing two or three of each of the shrines, three for the good ones (Red, White, Blue….hey American flag colors!) It can’t hurt to have a little bit of a board presence, and there’s always equity to be had in the graveyard exiling game.

If you’re looking to go a little deeper, Sword of the Chosen is a possibility, as are Konda’s Banner and Sword of the Animist. It fits the multiplayer mode of commander especially well because of its passive ability, which allows you to activate its active abilities on each of your opponents' turns. Well, things have finally turned around for this trooper as he fits in perfectly in this deck.
