Chip Kelly received (and earned) a great deal of respect as a coach during his time at Oregon but I don't believe he gained enough as an evaluator of talent. I did not expect Marcus Smith to get drafted in the first round. Taylor Hart is the second Oregon Duck that the Eagles picked in this draft. Not great in coverage but will lay a hit when he can. However, he’s nowhere near a finished product and will need to be coached up, but at 6-foot-7, 352 pounds, the size and talent is there for future success, and he could contribute in a situational role this season.
