Return Policy:  Most shoes, which are not worn or soiled, final sale or altered can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with the exception of “special order fees”, “expediting fees”, and “shipping charges”.  The exception to this is stated below in the special order section.   Items must be returned in the original packaging and in completely new condition.  (Please try shoes on carpet).  Included in your shipping box from us will be a return form which must be filled out and returned with your shoes.

After 30 days and up to 90 days, an in-store credit will be given in the form of a gift certificate.  Toe To Toe will not be held responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates which must be surrendered at the time of new purchase.  No returns are allowed beyond 90 days.

Please use the shipping box in which your shoes were shipped to you to make your return.  DO NOT SHIP BACK SHOES IN JUST THE MANUFACTURER’S SHOEBOX!  If you choose to do this, there will be a $15.00 restocking fee.  For your protection, please insure all returned goods.  We cannot give credit for shoes lost during shipping.  Also due to variations in foot shapes and girth, we cannot guarantee that a recommended size will fit.  NOTE:  Ladies shoes whose straps are cut are not returnable! 

Special Orders Special order fees are non-refundable.  Also, at the time your order is placed, you may also be advised that your special order shoes are final sale and not returnable.  (Examples are unusual fabrics in a shoe, street soles, or two different size shoes.)

Two Size Feet We can accommodate you by ordering two different size shoes.  Please make sure of your size as these shoes are NOT returnable.

Street Shoes Our shoes are so comfortable that frequently people want to wear them as street shoes.  However, these shoes are NOT RETURNABLE.
