The “Single Buckle” is adjustable with the buckle around the toe area.  Even so It runs a little wide so either go down in width from your American shoe size or 1/2 size shorter if you feel you need the extra length.  The strap can be wrapped around the ankle or under the arch and comes with a quick release buckle.
